We spent the whole week peering out our window every hour looking out for the mail truck, wondering if the postman will come our way with a parcel...The joy of receiving gifts is incredible! Especially when they are extremely thoughtful gifts from the most sincere hearts: Chinese New Year goodies for a festive feel, home-cooked yummies for a touch of mummy's love, child-safety devices from an ever-so-concerned Grandpa, souvenirs all the way from Kit and Angel's Japan honeymoon, my favourite Chinatown pastries and Johno's favourite Sound of Music discs from Pauline, and more!
Surely the courier charge cost almost as much as the contents, but who can place a price on the value of a parcel packed full of love, right? So, no apologies from us but buckets full of tearful appreciation!
