Aloha!

We've been in Hawaii for almost a week now, but checking in with everyone only now because we're still staying at a hotel with only our super-slow laptop to work on. My trusty desktop with all my prefered programmes are still stuck in storage with the rest of our stuff till we find a place to move into.

It's been a crazy week! Doing paperwork, running to banks and admin offices, dealing with car issues, house hunting and baby cooing all at the same time. John has it worse than I, having to go in for work at 7am every morning on top of all that.

Took me 3 days to get really comfy with the Hawaiian left-hand drive system. We have a new baby - a Toyota Matrix XR in Indigo Ink Pearl. Been driving around town only for errands and household shopping. Haven't had the chance to see the paradise side of Hawaii yet; not even a grain of sand. We're in the middle of town by Pearl Habour - looks more JB-ish to me. But we get to see a rainbow almost every day while crossing the bridge from the lodge to the harbour. That's a reminder of God's promise and love for us. It's really neat!

It's 10pm now and the 2 men of my life are sound asleep - the only break time off this full-time job of mine! Haha! Won't be able to post photos anytime soon coz John forgot to bring the plug adaptor for our camera charger, but will definitely be writing to touch base.
